La Rete, nets factory,

history of this area and its people. Net-making started
on Montisola in remote times; some documents say around
the year 1000 when the few inhabitants, fishermen
and peasants, made the nets and provided the fish
to local lords. This site is an open window on the
numerous hammocks produced by La Rete. The

in sections, subdivided and groupped in different
lines, from the De Luxe Line that

Line with hammocks full of fringes

the top relax and then the Furniture Line

or the English style sitting-room,
